Job Title: Telecaller – Credit Cards Sales

Location: Central Spine, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell credit cards. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the benefits of our financial products and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Product Presentation: Present and explain the features and benefits of credit cards to potential customers.
Sales Conversion: Persuade and convince customers to apply for credit cards by highlighting key selling points and addressing their queries.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and engaging manner during calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet completed their applications.
Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, responses, and feedback in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
