Job Role:
Hum ek energetic aur motivated Telecaller ki talash mein hain jo hamare products/services ke baare mein customers ko call karke batayein aur unke questions ka jawab dein. Aapko daily outbound calls karni hongi aur interested customers se baat karni hogi.
Responsibilities:
Daily outbound calls karna (cold/warm leads)
Customers ko products ke baare mein batana
Interested customers se appointment fix karna / sales lena
Customer details ko proper system mein update karna
Team ke sath milke daily targets achieve karna
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
Telecalling ka experience ho to achha, fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM use ka knowledge ho to plus point)
Patience aur positive attitude hona chahiye
Target-oriented mindset
