Urgent hiring for Telemarketing Executive
Job Location:- Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary:- Up to 21k + ESI/PF + Incentives(Fixed salary depends on the interview based)
Job Description:-
100% sales calling (outbound process)
Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
Understanding the customers profile from Sales aspects understanding the business prospective to generate the sale leads only (not sales)
Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
Job Requirements:-
Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Targets and performance oriented individual.
Prior calling (outbound) experience would be highly preferable.
Ability to handle rejection from customers.
Very good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making calls and talking to prospects all day
Qualification:- Undergraduate/Graduate
Age:- Below 30 Years
Male & Female both can apply
