Job Description

Task Robots is a growing Company. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate sales. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues effectively.
Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Contribute to team efforts by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and track progress (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
