Follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build rapport with clients and property owners, keeping them updated on the latest listings and services.
Achieve call targets set by the company.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and confident speaking style.
Good understanding of customer service and client handling.
Ability to handle calls professionally, managing both clients and property owners effectively.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience will be an advantage.
