Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients and property owners through calls to understand their needs and provide information about our services.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with all clients and property owners at all times.
  • Engage in effective conversations to understand client requirements, answer queries, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with clients and property owners, keeping them updated on the latest listings and services.
  • Achieve call targets set by the company.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and confident speaking style.
  • Good understanding of customer service and client handling.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally, managing both clients and property owners effectively.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience will be an advantage.
