Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective parents from the provided database.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure successful conversions.
  1. Provide Information:
  • Clearly explain the school’s programs, facilities, and admission processes.
  • Address any queries related to the school or admission requirements.
  1. Maintain Records:
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
  1. Build Relationships:
  • Establish a positive rapport with parents and provide a professional and courteous experience.
  • Assist in scheduling campus visits or virtual tours.
  1. Achieve Targets:
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly admission goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education: Graduate.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
  3. Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, and empathetic.
  5. Technology: Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  6. Attitude: Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
