Key Responsibilities:– • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers. • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates. • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices. • Maintain DAR Report on daily basis and share with hiring managers.
