Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Education Telecaller to join our team. The primary role of the telecaller will be to communicate with prospective students, provide them with information about our educational programs, and guide them through the admission process. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to promote educational courses and programs.
  • Answer queries related to the institution’s programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up calls.
  • Identify and understand student needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve assigned targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Follow up on leads, offer personalized advice, and guide students through the application.
  • Record feedback and improve communication techniques based on customer responses.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward prospective students.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (e.g., Arts, Science, Commerce) or a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications can be a plus.
  • Specialized Qualifications: Any specific education-related qualifications can be an added advantage, such as a degree in education or a certification in communication skills.

Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
