Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a wide range of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide information.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
Maintain a customer database and update records with relevant information.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 2 years of experience in telecalling / Fresher Also Can Apply
Language Known : Hindi & Basic English.
