Job Description

Cutting Chai – Manch Aapke Vicharo Ka is looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller & Sponsorship Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for handling professional calls, sponsorship outreach, follow-ups, podcast guest coordination, and event-related communication. This is a phone-based role — no field visits or meetings are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to brands, businesses and potential sponsors for our events and media activities.
Explain sponsorship opportunities and close sponsorship deals over calls.
Follow up regularly with interested sponsors and maintain proper communication.
Call and coordinate with potential guests for Cutting Chai podcasts and interviews.
Handle event-related calls with participants, guests, artists and other contacts.
Maintain call records, follow-up lists and daily calling updates.
Build and maintain professional relationships through phone communication.
Achieve assigned calling and sponsorship targets.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite and persuasive while speaking on calls.
Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and target-based work.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and smartphones.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, sponsorship or business development will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives.
