Job Title: Telecaller for Pre-Sales Travel Leads Verification


Department: Sales & Customer Support


Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage both outbound and inbound calls, verify travel leads, and assist in the pre-sales process to ensure accurate and efficient lead qualification.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to verify travel leads, gather essential information, and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, address queries, and provide accurate information about travel services.
  • Lead Verification: Conduct thorough verification of travel leads to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Data Management: Accurately record details of calls, including customer feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead verification and customer interactions.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree, is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling rejections.
  • Time management and multitasking capabilities.
