Job Description

We are looking for a "Tele-caller" who can join immediately.

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, presenting the company’s IT products and services, including software development, mobile app development, website development, and E-commerce.
Memorise scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while Tele-calling.
Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients.
Follow up on previous leads and build relationships with potential customers to encourage long-term partnerships.
Provide detailed information about IT services, pricing, and benefits, ensuring clients understand the value proposition.
Maintain and update accurate client records, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of calls.
Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during Tele-calling.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, a background in IT, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 6 months years of experience as a tele-caller or in a similar role, preferably in an IT company or technology-related industry.
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (e.g., software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.).
Knowledge of computer programs such as (CRM software) and data entry.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong ability to present complex IT solutions.
Adaptable and open to learning about new IT products and industry trends.
Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.

Salary - 12k-15k
