Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Office + Remote)

Office Shift: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Remote Shift: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a technically strong Support Specialist to help internal teams resolve issues quickly, maintain clear documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to internal queries on Slack with clear technical guidance.
Troubleshoot tools, workflows, and product-related issues.
Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and technical documentation.
Capture important technical context for team reference.
Escalate complex issues to engineering with structured summaries.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of modern web stacks and SaaS tools.
Excellent written communication skills.
Comfortable reading technical tickets, logs, and SOPs.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
Quick responder with reliable follow-through.
