Job Description – Senior Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Real Estate Sales
Key Requirements:
MBA preferred.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge and experience in plot selling.
Good understanding of Agricultural Land, Commercial Land, Residential Land, and Industrial Land.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, follow up with clients, and close sales.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
Candidates with a strong network and experience in land/property sales will be preferred.
