Job Responsibilities:
Source new business for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Vehicle Loans from the open market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable financial solutions.
Conduct market visits, promotional activities, and campaigns to generate leads.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and coordinate with the credit & operations teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduation / Undergraduate
1–2 years of relevant sales experience in LAP, Commercial Vehicle Loans, or related financial products.
Strong local market knowledge and established network.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary: Best in industry, with performance-based incentives.
