Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients and customers. Meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products/services. Negotiate and close sales deals and handle complaints or objections. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Officer or relevant role, preferably in [industry/sector]. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
