Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising

Job Description:



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the retail environment, product displays, and inventory management. You will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and develop product displays and visual merchandising strategies for retail outlets.
  • Monitor product stock levels and ensure appropriate stock rotation.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage product orders and deliveries.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, promotions, and product pricing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on merchandising techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in product handling and display areas.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
