Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives or agents
Set sales targets and ensure they are met
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
2+ years of experience in sales; team management experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Industry experience (insurance, finance, FMCG, etc.) is a plus
