Job Roles and responsibilities:
Manage the team and ensure team members are well-trained
Recruit agent/advisor
Achieve sales target through the agency channel
Provide postsell services to customers
Generate leads
Recruiting new team members and providing them with the training needed to drive business growth
Build relation with agency partners
Give proper knowledge to agent and customers regarding policies
Candidate preferences:
Candidate must completed graduation
Minimum 2 years experience in field work
Maintain good communication with clients
Local candidate with good local networks
Ability to work independently
