Roles and Responsibilities
- Find sales advisors from open market and make team of sales advisors
- Help them, train them, motivate them to gain more and more sales from open market
- Support your team to reach sales targets
- Maintain reports to evaluate monthly or weekly performance of team
- Maintain relationship with existing customers to gain more and more sales from references
- Provide post sales services to customers

- Local candidate with good local network
- Candidate must have good communication skills and good personality
- Must have bike and driving license
