Job Responsibilities:

Handle sales inquiries from online platforms (Website, WhatsApp, Instagram).
Convert leads into sales through calls and chat.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Update courses details and pricing as required.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Sales and customer handling skills.
Comfortable with calling and online chat support.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email).
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidates only
Experience in online sales / e-commerce is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
