We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team.
? Job Role & Responsibilities
* Handle company-provided leads.
* Call prospective clients and explain project details clearly.
* Convince and schedule site visits with interested customers.
* Meet clients at the project site and assist them during visits.
* Follow up with clients and close bookings.
* Maintain basic records of calls, visits, and bookings.
? Salary & Incentives
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance)
* Incentives: Attractive incentives on confirmed bookings
* High earning potential for good performers.
? Candidate Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge or interest in real estate sales.
* Ability to handle client calls and meetings confidently.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Freshers can apply; experience in sales/real estate is a plus.
? Work Details
* Work from project site.
* Leads will be provided by the company.
* Full-time role.
