Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with little to no experience in sales who are eager to start their careers and develop their skills in a supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential clients in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.


Qualifications:

  • 10+2 / Graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
