Job Title: Sales Closer (Remote)

About Us

We are a fast-growing cafe consulting brand that helps aspiring entrepreneurs start successful cafes and helps existing cafe owners increase sales, improve profitability, and streamline operations through one-on-one consulting.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into booked paid video consultation calls.

Job Responsibilities

Contact warm leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
Understand each prospect's business goals and challenges.
Explain our consulting services and communicate the value effectively.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Convert qualified prospects into paid video consultation bookings.
Follow up with interested leads until the sale is closed.
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in the CRM or lead sheet.
Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or high-ticket closing is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and video calling platforms.
Reliable internet connection, smartphone, and laptop.
