Responsibilities: Hiring for a renowned Bank Location : Udaipur Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers in the open market segment for home loans and LAP products. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable home loan and LAP solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting home loan and LAP products, negotiating terms, and closing deals with prospective customers. Market Penetration: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, expand the customer base, and increase market share for home loans and LAP products. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives. Cross-selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other banking products and services to existing home loan and LAP customers. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation related to home loan and LAP transactions, while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to management highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
