Job Description:

Customer Retention specialists communicate with customers to retain them by renewing their Software Subscription. In this role, you are required to help customers to renew their software on time to continue their working on the software without any hindrances.

  • To call and renew the Software subscription
  • Gathering information about customer complaints.
  • Negotiating with customers to renew Subscription and retain business.
  • Building positive relationships with customers.
  • Analyze customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
  • To update daily tasks, activities in CRM.


Experience Required:

  • 2 years working in Tele-Calling (Outbound)
  • Soft Sales Skills
  • Good Hindi/English Communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Internet.
  • Working Knowledge of Payment Gateways.
