Vibrant & enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for sales Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Flair for storytelling and not shy away from approaching customers in the vicinity Flexibility to work in shifts Step outside the store and approach the customers Take the initiative to distribute pamphlets / vouchers in order to market & attract the customers to the brand Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while upholding the brand's commitment to sustainability. Visual Merchandising: Implement visually appealing and sustainable store displays that showcase our eco-friendly products and reinforce the brand's values. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert knowledge on sustainable practice creating a customer-centric environment. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and keeping accounts. Sales and Targets: Drive sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals while promoting the brand's sustainable ethos.
