- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with neurological conditions.
- Administer medical treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed by senior medical staff, closely monitoring patient responses.
- Monitor patient progress, recognizing any changes in condition and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate actively in daily clinical rounds, presenting patient cases, discussing treatment strategies, and contributing insights to patient care.
- Educate patients and families about patient conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices post-discharge.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with senior medical staff as needed.
