Job description RELATIONSHIP MANAGER We have an opening for a Relationship Manager , Location Based at Ganpat Plaza, Jaipur. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of products w.r.t features, positioning, the sales pitch for existing as well as new products such as Insurance ( Life Insurance, General Insurance), Mutual Funds, Debt Instruments, Fixed Deposits , Bonds/NCDs etc. Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries Create plans to address clients’ business needs Advise clients on creating profitable processes Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and product Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.
