We are seeking experienced and results-driven Relationship Managers to join our Retail Branch Banking team in Jaipur. As a Preferred RM or Imperia RM, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients, providing tailored banking solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Provide tailored banking solutions and advisory services to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in Retail Banking, preferably in HNI/UHNI client management
- Strong understanding of banking products and services
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
