Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales agents.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor team KPIs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Client Relations:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Handle high-profile client interactions and complex negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage conflict resolution when needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and property showcases.
  • Assist in brand development and positioning in target markets.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent and in a sales management role.
  • Valid real estate license (required in most jurisdictions).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; experience with MLS is a plus.
