Customer Engagement - Introduce and explain the benefits of products to end consumers - Collect Customer information and Contact Details - Gather & Record customer Feedback - Follow-up with customer for repeat Sales Marketing & Promotion - Set up Booths and Promotional stands at Prominent location within Petrol Pump - Distribute Promotional items- Flyers, Brochures, Free Gifts, Additional offers RO Engagement & Inventory Management - Provide Product Training to fuel staff - Provide regular feedback to Sales & Marketing to help refine promotional strategies - Ensure that Milex Fuel Additives are well stocked and properly displayed at all times - Report any inventory shortages or discrepancies to the Supervisor promptly Performance Tracking- - Track Daily Sales and report to Supervisor on Weekly basis - Monitor & Analyse Sales Performance to identify trends and areas of improvements . The candidates will be in a third party pay roll
