Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to join our team. This role focuses on vendor management, vendor onboarding, negotiation, order processing, cold calling, relationship building, and project coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and strong vendor collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vendor Management: Manage and oversee relationships with existing vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.
• Vendor Onboarding: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, conduct due diligence, and onboard new vendors smoothly to support business growth.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to optimize cost efficiency and margins.
• Order Processing: Handle end-to-end order processing, including order confirmation, coordination with vendors, tracking dispatches, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
