Diya Automation is seeking a highly organized and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our information systems, prepare insightful reports, and ensure data integrity across all operational functions. This role requires strong expertise in data management, reporting, and proficiency with management information systems.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using MIS tools.
Analyze large sets of data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Manage and maintain company databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with departments (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to fulfill their reporting requirements and streamline information flow.
Develop customized reporting tools and dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
Create automation scripts using Google Workspace tools or other platforms to enhance the efficiency of reporting processes.
Identify areas for system improvements, suggest enhancements, and implement best practices for MIS.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in handling sensitive information.
Provide technical support for software and systems used for MIS operations.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for MIS processes and workflows.
