Job Description

Job Purpose:

To promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, ensuring maximum product awareness, sales growth, and market penetration in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:
Promote and detail the company’s products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists.
Deliver product presentations and provide relevant scientific information to customers.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.
Drive prescription generation for products in the portfolio.
Territory Management:
Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively cover the assigned territory.
Maintain an updated list of doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and product promotion events.
Reporting & Documentation:
Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and sales data to the manager.
Keep records of all sales and promotional activities.
