Job Description

Job Purpose:

To promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, ensuring maximum product awareness, sales growth, and market penetration in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion:
  • Promote and detail the company’s products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists.
  • Deliver product presentations and provide relevant scientific information to customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Drive prescription generation for products in the portfolio.
  • Territory Management:
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively cover the assigned territory.
  • Maintain an updated list of doctors, chemists, and stockists.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
  • Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and product promotion events.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and sales data to the manager.
  • Keep records of all sales and promotional activities.

Salary & Benefits:
