Experience - Fresher Salary - Upto 15 k ctc Location - Jaipur Job Description Foundry Processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the foundry’s specific casting processes, including mold making, core making, melting, pouring, and finishing. Safety and Regulations: Learn and adhere to the stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations specific to foundry operations. Equipment Familiarity: Understand the operation and maintenance of foundry equipment like furnaces, molding machines, and core shooters. Monitoring Operations: Observe and assist in monitoring the various stages of the casting process to ensure they are performed correctly and efficiently. Quality Control: Participate in quality checks at different stages of production to ensure the castings meet the required specifications and standards. Temperature and Material Control: Assist in controlling the temperature of molten metal and ensure the correct composition of alloys. Assisting with Melting and Pouring: Help with the melting of metals, pouring into molds, and managing the cooling and solidification process. Defect Analysis: Learn to identify and analyze defects in castings and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to molds, cores, or material properties. Efficiency Enhancement: Suggest and help implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the foundry operations. Lean Manufacturing and Waste Reduction: Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process flow.
