Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable MBA Counselor to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing academic and career counseling to prospective MBA students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling to students interested in pursuing an MBA, helping them choose the right program based on their academic background and career goals.
Assist students in understanding the various MBA specializations, institutions, and entrance exam requirements (CAT, GMAT, etc.).
Help students with the MBA application process, including form submissions, document preparations, and entrance exam registrations.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Assist students in preparing for personal interviews and group discussions as part of the MBA admissions process.

Key Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
2+ years of experience in educational counseling, career counseling, or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of MBA programs, entrance exams, and admission procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
Ability to understand student aspirations and provide personalized guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
