Timely & accurate refilling of all the machines. Training of all new refillers. Regularly ensuring that all the refillers are following proper refilling procedures. Ensuring that the machines are always clean (both interior & exterior) & are working properly. Helping customers if they are having a problem with the machine. Checking product expiry & MRP regularly. Explaining to customers how to report their problems. Check the proper name of the product in the software while putting it in the machine. Maintaining the decorum at the offices wherever you visit. List the exact quantity in the refiller and get it checked after refilling as well. Take proper feedback from customers and report the same to the senior manager.
