Job Description

We are seeking result-oriented sales professional to join our team in Lubricant, Spare, and Attachment Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our JCB lubricants, spare parts, and attachments to customers in the construction, mining, and heavy equipment industries.


Job Location - Jaipur


Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Channel Development : Will focus on retail channel sales , expanding retail business and generating good business through retailers across Rajasthan.
  • Sales and Business Development: Meeting with our existing JCB machine customers, build relationships with existing customers, and promote lubricant, genuine spare parts & attachments to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our lubricants, spare parts, and attachments, as well as competitor products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, appointing new retailers generate business from existing retails and managing sales pipelines
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular sales reports.

Role Requires:

  • Min. graduate / MBA / Diploma - Mechanical
  • Having prior experience in Lubricant, Spare parts, Accessories and Attachment sales (In Automobile, Construction Equipment, Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
  • Goal Oriented person with good communication skills.
  • Having exposure in lubricant, oils, grease and spare parts industry.
