Job Description:

We are looking for a ITI-qualified Machine Operator – Laundry to join our laundry unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating laundry machines, ensuring proper washing and finishing of garments, and maintaining basic machine care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate washing, drying, and pressing machines
  • Load and unload laundry machines correctly
  • Set machine parameters such as temperature, water level, and cycle time
  • Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or quality issues
  • Report machine faults to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area
  • Follow instructions given by the supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ITI certification (Fitter / Mechanic / Electrical or relevant trade preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of laundry machines and operations
  • Understanding of machine safety procedures
  • Physically fit and able to work in a team
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in laundry, hotel, hospital, or industrial laundry preferred
