Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing key client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and achieving account growth. This role involves working closely with our most important clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for further engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue and retention targets. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to deliver excellent client service. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, preparing regular reports for internal and client review. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within the fintech or financial services industry. Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, achieving revenue and satisfaction targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the payments or fintech industry. Advanced understanding of financial products and services. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
