Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry, and a strong understanding of eCommerce and app development services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present our IT services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Keep up with industry trends and competitors to provide insights to the team.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within Jaipur.
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and mobile app development is a plus.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
