Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional International Voice Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities -

Answer customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the cause and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service quality and process efficiency.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualification -

High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
Fresher or Proven experience in a customer service role ( 1 year)
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
Applications will be accepted only of candidates who fall under the age group of (18-28 years)

Work Environment -

5 days working (Monday - Friday)
