Job Summary:

An Industrial Trainee / Apprentice gains hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, learning various technical skills under the supervision of experienced professionals. This role provides practical exposure to industry operations, machinery, and safety protocols, preparing individuals for a full-time career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
Learn and apply safety procedures and industry best practices.
Support senior technicians, machinists, or engineers in daily tasks.
Observe and follow instructions for manufacturing processes, quality control, and maintenance.
Participate in on-the-job training, technical workshops, and skill development programs.
Maintain tools, workstations, and equipment in good condition.
Complete assigned projects, reports, and documentation as required.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of industrial operations, machinery, or technical processes.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
Physical ability to work in an industrial setting, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (ITI, diploma, or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred).
No prior experience required; fresh graduates or students undergoing technical training are encouraged to apply.
