Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT and Non-IT BPO roles.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers and finalize candidates.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
