Job Description for Graphic Designer:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in discussions with management & marketing team to understand their objectives, campaigns, and expected outputs. Clear communication is key to translating their vision into reality.
  • Generating Original Ideas: Use creative thinking to produce engaging visuals that captivate the audience. This involves brainstorming and developing innovative concepts.
  • Market Research: Participate in market research to understand trends and preferences. This helps in creating designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Media Selection: Choose the most appropriate media for the project, whether it’s print, digital, or a combination of both.
  • Designing with Software: Utilize design programs like Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality images. Proficiency in these tools is essential for producing professional designs.
  • Overall Campaign Design: Develop the overall design and layout for campaigns, ensuring consistency and coherence throughout.
  • File Delivery: Ensure final design files are delivered to the required suppliers, such as web designers or printers, in the correct format.

Requirements:

·        2+ Years Experience as a Graphic Designer.

·        Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts or any relevant field.

  • Extensive knowledge regarding graphic fundamentals, layouts, print, typography, and the web.
  • Adequate proficiency in requisite desktop publishing tools like Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Highly familiar with JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
