Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent food & beverage service to guests.
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant/F&B operations.
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Support inventory control and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements

2–9 years of experience in Hotel/Resort/Restaurant F&B Operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hospitality service standards.
