Job Description

Drives sales of FMCG products, builds relationships with distributors and retailers, and implements sales strategies. Monitors market trends and competitor activities.

Oroglow Professional is a growing skincare and haircare brand serving salons, beauty parlours, and wholesalers across India. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our presence in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

Visit salons, beauty parlours, spas, and wholesalers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell Oroglow Professional skincare and haircare products.
Generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
Build strong relationships with salon owners and wholesale partners.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat orders.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Submit daily sales and visit reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or salon products preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with field work and daily travel.
Smartphone mandatory.
Two-wheeler preferred.
