Job Description


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for smart home and building automation products.
  • Meet with architects, interior designers, builders, and end clients to promote automation solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored automation packages (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, curtains/blinds, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for system design, costing, and installation feasibility.
  • Manage and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure excellent post-sales support.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in smart home and IoT markets.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads.
