Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business customers who require courier, shipping, e-commerce logistics, and delivery services. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client meetings, sales presentations, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy meeting new people, building business relationships, and earning additional incentives through sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local market research.
Visit businesses and meet potential customers to understand their courier and shipping requirements.
Promote Shiplifi's courier aggregation and shipping solutions.
Acquire new customers and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
Explain pricing, services, courier options, and benefits to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Willing to travel within Jaipur and nearby areas for customer visits.
Experienced in B2B sales, field sales, logistics, courier, e-commerce, shipping, or FMCG sales will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: ₹15,000/month

Experienced Candidates: Salary can go up to ₹40,000/month depending on experience and suitability

Fuel Expenses: Reimbursement provided as per company policy
